To cancel a booking request which has not yet been accepted by the advertiser, go to the top of your conversation with the advertiser and click "Cancel request". There is nothing more for you to do after this, as nothing can be charged until a request is accepted.

Congratulations! Once the landlord accepts your request, you'll receive a confirmation email with next steps. You'll need to complete the payment process within 48 hours to secure the booking. After payment, you'll receive the landlord's contact information and address details. We recommend arranging the key handover and move-in details directly with the landlord.
