Landlord" button on the property listing page and request a
viewing. The landlord will then suggest available dates and
times for you to visit.
We recommend viewing the
property in person whenever possible to ensure it meets your
expectations.
Most landlords can provide a certificate of residence or rental
agreement that can be used for administrative purposes. This is
particularly important for international tenants who may need
documentation for visa applications, bank accounts, or local
registration.
We recommend discussing this
requirement with the landlord before finalizing your booking. If
this document is essential for your needs, make sure to specify
this in your initial communication with the landlord.
What's included in the rent varies by property. Generally, the
base rent covers the use of the apartment and its fixtures. Many
properties include utilities such as water, electricity, and
heating, while others charge these separately. Internet, cable
TV, and building maintenance fees may also be included or
additional.
Furnished apartments typically include

To cancel a booking request which has not yet been accepted by
the advertiser, go to the top of your conversation with the
advertiser and click "Cancel request". There is nothing more for
you to do after this, as nothing can be charged until a request
is accepted.
If the booking was already completed and
paid for, but you still want to cancel, check our cancellation
policy or get in touch with our Customer Solutions team to
discuss the situation.
Congratulations! Once the landlord accepts your request, you'll
receive a confirmation email with next steps. You'll need to
complete the payment process within 48 hours to secure the
booking. After payment, you'll receive the landlord's contact
information and address details. We recommend arranging the key
handover and move-in details directly with the landlord.

moving in, review the rental agreement carefully and prepare any
required documents. If you have any questions or concerns, our
